PAS is a free cost savings program that saves our properties tons of money!  PAS acts as extension of your purchasing department. We have a dedicated Account Management team with Ashley and Norma. They are always here to take care of our properties managers and maintenance team’s needs first. The PAS supplier network are national suppliers. We have properties in several states. I know I can count on my PAS team to get those accounts opened with In 24 hours of taking over a site.  By utilizing the PAS supplier network you can save time by eliminating comparison shopping and focus on customer service for your sites.  PAS has done audits to make sure our suppliers are charging the correct pricing for our products.  PAS is always in my corner when I want to get the best quality supplies along with the best price available.

PAS is very open to working with our needs, for example we asked for an elevator service company to be added and within a few months, a supplier was added. This added service really helped us a company.
